Is your beef grass finished, or grain finished?
This is a highly debated topic in our industry. Our beef is grain finished. Let me tell you why. Grass finished beef is slightly higher in omega 3 fatty acids. That part is true, however the percentage is only slightly higher. The part not advertised is it takes almost twice as long to finish on grass. That comes from the corn and grain which gives them extra protein and nutrients.
